John Jackson has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. He has a diverse resume in the industry but his passions are leasing, sales and portfolio evaluations for agency assignments, as well as tenant and portfolio advisory. He has leased space to clients in a wide range of sectors, from big-box retailers and fast-casual restaurants to financial institutions and real estate investors. His skill in developing and implementing market strategies that surpass client expectations, combined with his deep market knowledge and relentless deal-making drive, distinguish him from the competition.
Throughout his career, John has repositioned mixed-use assets within the urban core and throughout the metro area. His work has attracted many first-time, high-profile tenants to Pittsburgh, including major retailers like Target whom he lured to downtown Pittsburgh, a move that spurred the transformation of the Smithfield Street corridor.
Prior to founding Legacy, John worked at CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield. Mr. Jackson began his career in real estate as a corporate sales, marketing and finance representative for NVR Inc. He is a retired United States Army Veteran and served as a communications sergeant in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with his wife and two children.

Kristyn is responsible for the creation and design of diverse marketing materials, including advertising, property flyers, custom signage, pitch books, proposals, offering memorandums, corporate marketing assets, and tour materials for tenant representation clients. She also leads the development, scheduling, and management of all digital content marketing, contributing to effective property branding and marketing strategies.
Her extensive experience includes leadership roles such as Client Service Team Lead at CBRE, Director of Marketing at Hanna CRE, Real Estate Project Coordinator at RIDC, and Director of Research & Marketing Communications at Oxford Realty Services.
Kristyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and maintains an active Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson license. She is a former member of CREW Pittsburgh and previously sat on the Communications Committee.
